Apply over the spine area, where it is painful or showing degeneration on your spinal vertebrae, and rub for about 3-5 mins until completely absorbed. Take a hot bag for 15-20 mins after applying, and do physiotherapy or yoga exercises for back muscles strengthening. Continue twice daily for 6 months for best results.
